The Great Wound (Arrasate, Melodic Black/Death Metal) cesan su actividad por «falta de motivación».

«Hello boys and girls!
You may wonder what we have to say after all this time. Well…something that I guess many of you already took for granted.
The Great Wound will never again continue as a band, or rather as a project, since after all it was a studio project rather than a 100% band. As you already know, our first and only album was released in 2016 and this is one of the main reasons why we ceased our journey. There is no bad blood or any other special reason except lack of motivation.
We not being able to combine it with our other activities and musical motivations. There were a handful of songs composed for a second CD, but this one will never going to release. There will always remain our legacy with Voice Of Regret of which there are still some copies if anyone wants to get them.
On my personal situation I must say, that my main reason is the lack of motivation, the fact that it is a project more than a band and above all is that my musical interests have changed and I am not focused on this line at the moment. 100% of my senses are in Shallow Waters with my mates Pablo, Andrés and Rober, creating our second album that we believe will reflect what the 4 members want right now, so you can follow our music there. We promise a good album.
Finally, we don’t want to forget all the fans and people who have supported us this time, we hope you have at least enjoyed our music for a few moments.
