"EXTINCTION es un proyecto que nace fruto de una muy buena conexión tanto musical como personal entre Ekaitz Garmendia, Iban Hernandez y Andoni Bassman.
Con muchos años de experiencia desde los inicios del Metal Extremo con la mítica banda bilbaína PHTHISIS, hasta una de las bandas mas emblemáticas de los últimos años como LEGEN BELTZA, nuestra principal motivación es seguir investigando tanto en el Metal como en nuestros propios instrumentos, lejos de cualquier cliché o moda establecida.
Estamos preparando material en esta línea, y esperamos mostrar en breve el resultado de todas estas inquietudes.

“EXTINCTION, Ekaitz Garmendia, Iban Hernandez eta Andoni Bassman-en arteko konexio musikal eta pertsonal oso on baten fruitu bezala sortutako proiektu bat da.
Metal Extremoaren hasieretatik esperientziadun Bilboko PHTHISIS talde mitikotik hasita, eta azken urtetako talde esanguratsuenetakoa izan den LEGEN BELTZA-n parte hartu ondoren, gure motibazio nagusia Metal musikan eta geure instrumentuetan ikertzen jarraitzea da, inolako “moda” edo klitxe-engandik urrun. Ildo honetan ari gara prestatzen material berria, eta denbora gutxi barru espero dugu irrika honen emaitzak erakustea.

“EXTINCTION is a project coming out from a very good musical and personal relationship between Ekaitz Garmendia, Iban Hernandez and Andoni Bassman.
With lot of experience from the Extreme Metal beginnings in the band PHTHISIS from Bilbao, as well as being part of one of the most emblematic Spanish band LEGEN BELTZA, our main motivation is to continue investigating in Metal and our instruments, far away from any trend or cliche.
